I remember when I was a kid I went to pro or college sporting events to root on my team. I was surrounded by all sorts of different people. For those three hours winning the game was the most important thing. I didn’t care about the politics of those near me, I just knew we all wanted our team to win. That’s what sports should be. Leave politics or causes out of it. Enjoy the game and hopefully cheer on a win by the home team. Wish we could go back to those days.
