WASHINGTON D.C. - The growing “uncommitted” vote movement, which has caught fire in Democratic presidential nominating contests and led to reportedly 500,000 votes being cast nationally against President Joe Biden, is becoming a significant liability threatening his reelection prospects.

Frustration with the Biden administration’s handling of Israel’s response to Hamas’s October terrorist attacks is mainly driving the “uncommitted” movement, and polling data reveals that there are substantial generational differences among American voters regarding the Israel-Hamas war and attitudes towards Palestinians and Israelis. Biden’s “uncommitted” problem is not just with Arab-American and Muslim-American voters, but with younger voters in general who are a critical component of the Democrat Party’s coalition. LANSING, Mich - Numerous recent crimes by illegal immigrants are drawing attention to the Gretchen Whitmer administration’s perspective on the issue, including the governor’s previous calls to abolish U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

In southeast Michigan, Chilean nationals utilizing a Visa Waiver Program are terrorizing residents by breaking into luxury homes, stealing millions in cash, jewelry, and other high-end items from dozens in recent months.

Across the state in Grand Rapids, Michigan State Police contend Mexican Brandon Ortiz-Vite confessed to using an illegally purchased handgun to shoot 25-year-old Ruby Garcia multiple times on March 22 before dumping her body on US 131 and fleeing in her car. Ortiz-Vite, who was once approved for the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program created by the Obama administration, was deported by the Trump administration in September 2020 before returning during President Joe Biden’s tenure. NEW YORK, NY - A former New York City Police Department inspector derided the FBI under President Joe Biden for allegedly cooking its books and misleading the nation about true crime statistics.

“You only have about 63% of the country that’s even covered by these numbers, and what the media does is they generally find some salient point that works for them,” former NYPD inspector Paul Mauro told Jesse Watters of Fox News on Monday.

Murders have increased across 70 cities by 23% since 2019, and in Milwaukee, the FBI reported a 13% drop in robberies compared to the 7% increase reported by Milwaukee police, according to reporting from the Washington Examiner. Click here to read more.

ST. LOUIS, MO - America is facing a skilled labor shortage with longtime tradesmen aging out of the workforce and a new talent pipeline that hasn’t been able to keep up.

Over the next decade, some 1.9 million manufacturing jobs could go unfilled if the “talent conundrum” isn’t resolved, according to a new study from the Manufacturing Institute and Deloitte.

What is trade school and is it right for you?

The construction industry is also facing challenges. It needs to attract about half a million new workers in 2024 to balance supply and demand, a recent report by Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) found.

As for plumbers, the U.S. is expected to be 550,000 short by 2027, Bloomberg reported. Last year, The New Yorker warned about “The Great Electrician Shortage.” Employment of electricians is expected to grow twice as fast as the average for all occupations through 2032. Click here to read more.

SAN DIEGO, CALIF - One four-legged friend is back home after apparently going on a very long walk.

The dog went missing in San Diego and was found nine months later in Michigan.

Mishka, a 3-year-old chihuahua-terrier mix, ended up more than 2,000 miles from her family, and they say it’s a miracle she’s back home.

If only dogs could talk, she would have quite a story to tell. “Oh yes, where’d you go? Tell us. Seriously,” Mishka’s owner, Liz Houman said.

On July 16, Mishka was hanging out at her dad’s auto repair shop in the Midway District, as she often would.

“All of a sudden, I notice she’s not there,” Mishka’s owner, Mehrad Houman, said.

Just like that, their fourth family member went missing.

🚨The Village of Birch Run, Michigan doesn’t record or live stream their public meetings. They’re not legally required to, but I think it would be something good to do for transparency. I talked to the village president who did not want to touch the issue.
