At approximately 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday, June 4, officers responded to a report of suspicious circumstances in the 1200 block of NW Knoxville Boulevard in Bend, Oregon.
The caller reported that a nude woman had approached the front of his home while he and his child were present.
When confronted by the adults at the residence, the woman walked away. Two officers arrived at the scene and trespassed the 32-year-old woman from the property.
Police say she appeared to be experiencing a mental health crisis. The officers informed the homeowner that if she returns to the property, she will be arrested.

We understand the homeowner’s concern – it's always off-putting when someone acting strangely is on your property, especially if your kids are present. However, this is a state law, and so if you have concerns about Oregon’s public indecency laws, we would recommend you contact the Oregon Legislature to share your concerns. — Bend Police Statement
