WASHINGTON D.C. - Vice President Kamala Harris’s support for a mandatory gun buyback program—a move critics see as government-led confiscation of firearms—has resurfaced in recent political ads. During an NBC discussion, Harris was asked about her stance on a mandatory buyback, with campaign surrogate Senator Raphael Warnock stating, “We’re not going to be able to get where we need to go without action.”
The ads, summarized by The New York Times, also show Harris opposing fracking, considering the abolition of ICE, criticizing police hiring, and supporting voting rights for felons. These controversial positions spotlight Harris’s progressive views, sparking debate over government overreach and the potential loss of personal freedoms ahead of the 2024 election.

BIRMINGHAM, AL - The Justice Department says an illegal immigrant has agreed to plead guilty to charges of having stolen a U.S. citizen's identity to illegally vote in multiple U.S. elections and illegally obtain a passport.
"A nine-count information filed in U.S. District Court charges Angelica Maria Francisco, 42, most recently of Russellville (Arkansas), with false claims of citizenship in connection with voting, false statements in [an] application for a United States passport, use of a United States passport obtained by false statements, and aggravated identity theft," the department announced Thursday.
The department also said Francisco used the stolen identity to obtain the passport in 2011 and that a plea agreement was filed indicating she has agreed to plead guilty to all of the charges.

WASHINGTON D.C. - The FBI raided his home. The corporate media crusaded in lies for years to frame him as a Russian spy and insurrectionist. Fascist Democrats seek to imprison him for life, bankrupt him with lawfare, and take away his business empire. He’s constantly smeared as a “felon,” a “racist,” a “rapist,” a “threat to democracy,” and the “next Hitler.” When his 2024 campaign began to pull away from Joe Biden towards a triumphant November victory,” they shot him in the face and then threw the game board on the floor demanding a do-over with Kamala’s scrutiny-free “joy” campaign–a campaign backed by tens of billions of dollars in free corporate media cheerleading. CHICAGO, IL - If a student asks to go by a different name or pronouns in class, the Chicago Teachers Union wants teachers to keep parents out of the loop, and Chicago Public Schools is going along with it.
A tentative agreement between CTU and Chicago Public Schools would solidify a policy for teachers to withhold information from parents regarding a student’s preferred name, pronouns and gender identity.
“LGBTQ+ Safe Schools. The parties share the goal of school being a place where the identities of students and staff are respected, valued, and affirmed. We must also respect students’ privacy, especially if parents or family members do not know how students identify or express their identity. Similarly, while it is important for staff members to use people’s preferred names and pronouns, we also know that it is possible to make mistakes unintentionally. In general, we should assume best intentions, but recognize that impact must be addressed and people should continually work to improve,” the proposal reads. Click here to read more.
