For the past two weeks, Libs of TikTok has been exposing radical teachers having meltdowns over the results of the election. However, not all school controversies are triggered by Trump Derangement Syndrome.

Late last week, I exposed a horrifying ongoing scandal that is tearing apart the St. Helens School District in Oregon.

It all started when parents learned about the arrest of Eric Stearns, a teacher in the St Helens School District, who was charged with alleged sexual abuse crimes against multiple students. A massive problem right?

Just wait, it gets worse.

Parents then discovered that the school district ALLOWED Eric Stearns to continue teaching for months while he was under an active police investigation without notifying the parents.

Furious parents then flooded to the next school board meeting demanding accountability from the school and the board for their complete failure to protect their children. Click here to read more.

Internal emails reveal that the TGA (Australia’s FDA) KNEW that, yes, foreign DNA from the COVID shots really could integrate into the human genome—despite repeatedly assuring the public it was impossible.

Rebekkah Barnett dropped the bombshell report exposing what TGA staff were saying behind closed doors—and it’s nothing like the rosy picture they painted in public.

In one email, a TGA staffer debunked Dr. Paul Offit’s claims that DNA from the COVID shots couldn’t integrate into the human genome without an enzyme called integrase. The staffer wrote:

“Foreign DNA can integrate into chromosomal DNA in the absence of an integrase in mammalian cells. This comes from the DNA damage/repair literature where breaks in DNA are repaired through processes called non-homologous end joining or homologous recombination.”

This directly contradicted the TGA’s official narrative, which repeatedly denied that such genomic integration was even possible.

Another email revealed that the TGA wasn’t even aware of studies to back up their public denials. A senior staffer admitted:

“I would be uncomfortable with that [statement about plasmid DNA entering the human genome] as I am unaware of studies which have tested this.”

LANSING, Mich - A coalition of 79 townships and counties has sued the Michigan Public Service Commission in the state Court of Appeals, seeking to stop it from overriding local control of large-scale wind and solar energy projects.

The motion for a preliminary injunction, filed Oct. 22, 2024, aims to block an Oct. 10 order. The order, the petition alleges, will usurp local control over large-scale renewable energy projects.

Local governments involved in the coalition want to see the order paused while an appeal against the commission filed Nov. 8 is adjudicated. The conflict between locals and the state developed after Gov. Gretchen Whitmer signed into law Public Act 233 of 2023, which changed the balance of power between state and local governments.

Before PA 233, local governments regulated the scope of renewable energy projects based on community needs and support. The law removed local governments’ power to decide whether to allow large renewable energy sites such as solar fields and wind turbine arrays. Click here to read more.

WASHINGTON — President Joe Biden's decision to commute sentences of 37 federal death row inmates to life in prison without parole has been unequivocally condemned by President-elect Donald Trump, who hopes to expand the federal use of the death penalty.

“(T)o the 37 most violent criminals, who killed, raped, and plundered like virtually no one before them, but were just given, incredibly, a pardon by Sleepy Joe Biden. I refuse to wish a Merry Christmas to those lucky “souls” but, instead, will say, GO TO HELL!” Trump said in a lengthy Christmas Day post.

When Biden took office, he imposed a moratorium on federal executions. When he announced the commutations on Monday, Biden said, “In good conscience, I cannot stand back and let a new administration resume executions that I halted.”

Biden's executive action did not include Boston bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev; Dylann Roof, who killed nine Black members of Mother Emanuel AME Church in Charleston, South Carolina; and Robert Bowers, who killed 11 people at Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh. Click here to read more.

The Associated Press has come under fire for handing out its third-place slot for female athlete of the year to Imane Khelif, the controversial Olympic boxer who failed gender tests.

The AP announced its award rankings, noting that its Female Athlete of the Year was WNBA star rookie Caitlin Clark. The next two runners-up were U.S. Olympic gymnast Simone Biles in second place and Algerian Olympic boxer Imane Khelif, who took third place with four votes.

Khelif, of course, stirred controversy for failing gender tests and being disqualified from the women’s category in boxing competitions throughout 2023 but was nonetheless allowed to box as a woman in the Paris Olympics this year. Unsurprisingly, the Algerian destroyed every woman faced in the ring and won the gold medal in boxing in August.

“The IBA disqualified Khelif, fighting in the 66-kilogram division, and Taiwanese fighter Lin Yu-ting, fighting in the 57-kilogram division, from fighting in its women’s tournaments in March 2023 on the grounds that they failed unspecified tests to confirm that they fit the governing body’s definition of a woman,” Breitbart’s Frances Martel reports. “IBA President Umar Kremlev told the Russian news agency Tass at the time that Lin and Khelif ‘have XY chromosomes,’ the genetic makeup of a human male. SACRAMENTO, CALIF - A California judge has ordered that inmate Tremaine Carroll must be referred to by “she/her” pronouns because he has declared himself to be a woman and “deserves dignity.”

Carroll is on trial for allegedly impregnating one female inmate and raping two others after he claimed to be a woman — which, according to California law, requires him to be housed in a women’s prison despite having no psychological or medical evaluations to back up his claim — and a Madera County judge has now ordered everyone, including his alleged victims, to accommodate his pronoun choice.

Madera District Attorney Sally Moreno charged Carroll with rape, which he allegedly committed while he was incarcerated at Central California Women’s Facility in Chowchilla — where he was placed based solely on his self-identification as a woman.

“After his first cellmate became pregnant and was moved to Los Angeles, two other cellmates of his had complained that he had raped them, so we have filed rape charges against this inmate,” Moreno said. Click here to read more.

ATLANTA. GA - A Delta Air Lines passenger expressed frustration after being asked to relinquish their first class seat to a dog, sparking a heated discussion on social media.

"I got upgraded to first this morning, only to 15 mins later get downgraded (to a worse seat than I previously had)," the passenger, using the handle @ben_bob, wrote on Reddit. "I asked the desk agent what was going on and she said 'something changed.'"

The passenger boarded the flight only to find a dog occupying the first-class seat they had been assigned, according to New York Post.

After reaching out to Delta Support, the passenger was informed that human passengers might be relocated to accommodate service animals and that there was "nothing they can do" in such situations.

One user on reddit commented, “I saw so many service dog vests flying yesterday. Like every other person had a service dog. It’s so out of control." Click here to read more.

WASHINGTON D.C. - President-elect Donald Trump pledged on Tuesday to “vigorously pursue” the death penalty for the country’s most heinous criminals after President Joe Biden commuted the sentences of 37 individuals on federal death row convicted of murder, child killings and other heinous acts.

“As soon as I am inaugurated, I will direct the Justice Department to vigorously pursue the death penalty to protect American families and children from violent rapists, murderers, and monsters,” Trump said on Truth Social. “We will be a Nation of Law and Order again!”

Biden announced Monday, that the sentences of 37 of the 40 prisoners will have their sentences reclassified from execution to life without the possibility of parole. Click here to read more.

LANSING. Mich - Michigan taxpayers gave General Motors $600 million to create thousands of jobs at an Ultium Cells battery plant near Lansing, now they’re waiting to see if a South Korean company fulfills that obligation.

GM announced earlier this month it’s backing out of the joint venture with LG Energy Solution that was funded in part by the largest taxpayer incentive package in state history, but neglected to mention it already pocketed the cash.

“State records obtained by The Detroit News indicate the entire performance-based grant was paid out by the Michigan Treasury Department to GM and its partner in an EV battery plant between June and September 2023, more than a year before the Detroit automaker announced Dec. 2 that it would sell its stake in the Lansing area battery plant that had received part of the grant,” the news site reports. SACRAMENTO, CALIF — Two alleged shoplifters figured out the hard way retail crime is now a felony in California under Proposition 36.

California’s Seal Beach Police shared video on social media of an exchange between two suspects sitting in the back of a squad car where one realizes repeat offenders of retail theft can now face felony charges.

“That’s a felony?” the female suspect asked, referring to retail theft.

“B—-, new laws. Stealing is a felony,” the other replied, adding, “And this is Orange County, b—-. They don’t play.”

Police captioned the post “Remember folks, Don’t Steal in Seal,” and they said the “new proposition only strengthens our commitment to combating Organized Retail Theft.”

Police also released video surveillance from several locations, including a Kohl’s and an Ulta store, that the suspects visited. Click here to read more.

NEW YORK, NY - Tom Homan, President-elect Donald Trump’s incoming border czar, slammed Democrats on Monday after an illegal alien allegedly murdered a woman on the subway in New York City by lighting her on fire over the weekend.

The 33-year-old illegal alien is a Guatemalan national who previously was deported by the Trump administration just days after he illegally crossed the border in 2018. It is unknown when and where he illegally re-entered the U.S.

“This is another example of an illegal alien killing an American citizen. It’s almost a daily occurrence now,” Homan said. “You know, because a historic number of criminal aliens are walking the streets because of this administration’s policy and sanctuary jurisdictions and lax immigration enforcement.”

Homan said that Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas has tied the hands of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents, preventing them from arresting and removing illegal aliens unless they’ve already been convicted of a serious crime. Click here to read more.

WASHINGTON D.C. - The federal government wasted millions of taxpayer dollars on a number of absurd and bizarre projects, including securing the Paraguayan border, studies on lonely rats and their relationship to cocaine, and “various magical projects.”

Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) on Monday released his annual Festivus report chock-full of grievances after another year of incredibly wasteful spending. This year, he is highlighting over $1 trillion in government waste.

“Who’s to blame for our crushing national debt? Everybody. This year, members of both political parties in Congress voted for massive spending bills, filled with subsidies for underperforming industries, continued military aid to Ukraine, and controversial climate initiatives,” Paul wrote in the report.

“As Congress spends to reward its favored pet projects, the American taxpayers are forced to pay through high prices and crippling interest rates,” he continued before highlighting some of the most egregious examples of waste.

“So, before we get to the Feats of Strength, it’s time for my Airing of (spending) Grievances!” the senator exclaimed. Click here to read more.

WASHINGTON D.C. - Car manufacturer Kia has continued to stonewall following a Daily Caller News Foundation report on the company's ties to a nonprofit that distributes LGBTQ-themed books to children.

The Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network's (GLSEN) Rainbow Library — a program that provides teachers with free children's books which propagate transgender ideology — prominently listed Kia as a co-sponsor on its website as recently as Tuesday. However, Kia has since been removed from the Rainbow Library's sponsors page after a spokesperson for the carmaker denied in a statement Tuesday that it sponsored the nonprofit in 2023 or 2024 and subsequently failed to respond to eight follow-up inquiries from the DCNF sent between Tuesday, Dec. 17, and Monday, Dec. 23.

In the several follow-up emails sent to Kia, the DCNF asked if the carmaker had requested GLSEN remove it from the Rainbow Library donors page and if it had falsely stated it was not a 2023-2024 school year Rainbow Library sponsor. Click here to read more.

President Joe Biden commuted the sentences of 37 men who were found guilty of committing brutal murders, including children and families.

The White House announced Monday that Biden would be commuting all but three men on death row, reclassifying their sentences “from execution to life without the possibility of parole.” Some of those listed were sentenced to death after being charged with gory mass murders and raping women before killing them. (RELATED: Biden Commutes Sentences Of Cartel Leaders, Crack Dealers And ‘Notorious’ Fraudsters In Massive Clemency Push)

“Make no mistake: I condemn these murderers, grieve for the victims of their despicable acts, and ache for all the families who have suffered unimaginable and irreparable loss,” a statement from the president reads.

“But guided by my conscience and my experience as a public defender, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, Vice President, and now President, I am more convinced than ever that we must stop the use of the death penalty at the federal level. In good conscience, I cannot stand back and let a new administration resume executions that I halted,” the statement continues. Click here to read more.

COSTA MESA, CALIF - United States Postal Service (USPS) supervisor was arrested Thursday after allegedly stealing more than 20 checks, totaling over $281,000.

Joivian Tjuana Hayes, a worker at the Costa Mesa Post Office in California, allegedly stole numerous checks, including one for more than $114,000 and allegedly deposited them into her account, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California.

Officials said the checks contained forged signatures and surveillance footage allegedly caught the 36-year-old depositing the checks at ATM machines scattered throughout the cities of Costa Mesa, Compton, and Fountain Valley. Hayes allegedly began depositing the checks in July 2024.

The post officer supervisor is also accused of stealing “tens of thousands of dollars in currency and gold coins” from mail that went through the Costa Mesa Post Office, the attorney’s office said.

Federal agents searched Hayes’ Compton residence and her 2023 BMW vehicle Thursday.

Hayes faces one count of bank fraud, for which she could face a maximum of 30 years in federal prison in convicted, officials said. Click here to read more.
